So the question is,
Is this poo in a pan or a Gluten- Free Fudge Fail?
I could not even get it to spread out. It just stayed there.
A big pooey fail.
It should have been easy!
1 cup of Coconut oil
1 cup of Coco
3/4 cup of honey
Melt half of the coconut oil or butter in a pan. Allow to cool slightly. Place remaining 1/2 cup of oil or butter (make sure its room temp, not melted) in your blender with cocoa and honey. Slowly add the melted oil or butter to the ingredients in the blender and pulse a few times until smooth. Take care not to over blend or it can separate. Line a pan with parchment paper and pour fudge into pan. Put in refrigerator until solid, about one hour. Cut into 12-15 squares,keep in refrigerator until ready to serve.
But this in a Pinterest challenge fail.
